Sunday service was a glorious wrap to the month of May as we continued learning about Jesus; the way, truth and life, Pastor took us on a journey of understanding the new life we have now received having been born again, we saw from Ephesians 4:17 that unbelievers walk in the vanity of their minds and with their understanding darkened, God sees every ideas and contemplation that proceeds from their minds as vain and as such, we should never look up to them for inspiration knowing that they are alienated from the life of God which has been made available for the world. We learnt how that through one man’s sin and disobedience, all of mankind fell short of God’s glory, however, through the righteousness of one man, Jesus Christ, we have been made righteous, having been freed from sin, we no longer come short of the glory of God, instead, we have now attained it and by looking at the glory of God in the word, we are changed into the same image, we also saw through the word of God that we are now the glory of God, what a life! Having understood that we have the life of God, we learnt from some of the instructions in the fourth chapter of Ephesians pertaining actions that are consistent with this new life as exemplified by our Lord Jesus Christ, Sunday service was truly enlightening and instructional. Glory to God!
