“Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.”

Esteem God’s word above all; remember, God made all things via his word, even in the midst of darkness and when the earth was without form, through the word he beautified, lit up and caused order in the earth. There is nothing the word of God cannot give you and no situation he cannot change.
Through his word; Peter became an overnight success in his business endeavours:
“And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.” Luke 5:5-6
Through his word; what should have been a case of lack and dissatisfaction became a testimony of plenty and abundance:
“And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes. 18 He said, Bring them hither to me… and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.” Matthew 14:17-20
Through his word, men received new flesh and were made whole:
“And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him… And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.” Matthew 8:2-3
There is no limit to what the word can do- the word of God can influence your business, your body, your mind and more importantly your spirit and as such, do not be like these people:
“He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.” Matthew 13:22
Because you esteem the word, keep the word.
