“But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.”
Ephesians 5:13

Look at this:
“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.” Ephesians 5:11
He makes clear what your relationship with the works of darkness should be— reproof!
And as you reprove such works, don’t be surprised by the responses you might get from those whose works have been reproved:
“For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.” John 3:20
Stick to the word.
Always remember, Jesus said of the Holy Ghost:
“And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:” John 16:8
So he is the one who convicts the sinner, and he doesn’t do it by updating or worse still discarding the word, he doesn’t it by ministering the truth solely, Jesus called him the Spirit of Truth.
Do likewise!
