“But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:”
Acts 9:15

The Bible tells us that Jesus himself appeared to Ananias, asking him to go recover Paul of his blindness and there’s so much to learn from that encounter.
Firstly, Jesus knows the location of every disciple he has in every city, and so instead of appearing to Peter, far away in Jerusalem, (which would have seemed most preferred), he sent a disciple within the vicinity.
Are you his disciple? He knows where you stay- and he expects that you should reach the unbelievers closest to you and not wait for some more renowned preacher to come to your city first.
He knows where you are and he knows the exact location of those you should minister to, hear him describe Paul’s location to Ananias:
“…go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas…” Acts 9:11
And the connection between you and those that should be ministered to in your world is:
“Now go in my authority and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19, TPT
