“Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;”  
Colossians 1:11

God wants you strengthened with miracle working ability!

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”  Acts 1:8

Jesus insisted that his disciple receive power before they go out witnessing! Imagine his surprise, if after receiving the Holy Ghost, one of them started crying and saying they were powerless!
He wants you to function consciously with miracle working ability. Everyone has an ability- ability to talk, see, walk, lift things etc. when you got born again, and the Holy Ghost came in you, you received miracle working ability, with that ability you can talk, see, walk, lift thing and work miracles!

“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”  Romans 8:11

That same Spirit is inside of you, infusing you with his might, if he brought a man up from hell, then in you, he can lift a man up from the wheel chair, he can life a man up from poverty!
Be conscious of your new ability!
