“Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;”  
Colossians 1:11

This is God’s desire for you expressed clearly. He wants you strengthened with all might.
The word ‘might’ is from the Greek word ‘dunamis’ which means ‘miracle working ability’, this means God wants you strengthened with all miracle working ability according to his glorious power; in terms of your ability to cause changes, to work a miracle, he doesn’t want you limited. He wants you to be strengthened with that ability that can cause a physical, mental and financial miracle at any given time.
“But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”  James 1:4
He wants all of that miracle working ability exuding in you patience with joyfulness!
Because you know what you are infused with you remain joyful even when you have to wait, because you know that mastering time would make you perfect, entire and wanting nothing!
“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;”  James 1:2
God wants you ‘wanting nothing’:
“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.”  Psalm 23:1
He says all you have to do to walk in that reality is to go for the word:
“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.”  Acts 20:32
And speak in other tongues:
“The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself…”  1Corinthians 14:4, ESV
“The one who speaks in tongues advances his own spiritual progress…”  1Corinthians 14:4, TPT
