“Let all you do be done in love.”
1 Corinthians 16:14, BBE
Notice what he says:
“…to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God” Ephesians 3:17-19
He says when you know the love of Christ, that knowledge that makes you one with what is known, you will be filled with all the fullness of God. He didn’t say you would be filled with God, but with all the fullness of God. This means, you would be filled with everything God is full of.
He wants you to not just know the love of Christ in theory, but become the expression of that love in your daily living, he wants you know the dimensions of God’s love:
“May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;” Ephesians 3:18
The breadth of his love; this love that covers every man! Jesus said:
“FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
He wants you to know that Jesus loved everyone enough to die for them, and being conscious of that knowlege, he expects you walk in love towards everybody without discrimination- he says when you do, you would be filled with all the fullness of God.
