“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.”  Luke 2:11

And that’s why he came, to ensure every day is merry, just for you!
Every day is a celebration of Christ- his person and glory at work in your life, irrespective of the challenge or situation, Christ is in you, the glory has come!
“…Christ in you, the hope of glory:”  Colossians 1:27
This Christmas while we celebrate the coming of the Lord Jesus and all the gracious goodness bestowed on us, remember that he ensured you had the right to insist on living a merry, joyful, worry free life forever!
“And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” Luke 2:13-14
The angels expected that after he came, men will experience peace and God’s goodwill will be manifest in their lives! This isn’t so for all Christians because some people do not insist to live in that reality; a Christmas miracle goes beyond receiving a promotion letter or blowing out a candle, it is the reality that God sent his son so you can believe in him, receive his life and become a child of God in reality- a new creation. This is the miracle- that old failing man is gone, a new man has come! That cancerous cell has died, a new one has been formed, those days of sorrow and sadness are gone, it’s a merry day- everyday has become Christmas Day!
