“All the days of the afflicted are evil: But he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.”
Proverbs‬ ‭15‬:‭15‬ ‭KJV

If everyday is an evil day, then maybe something needs to change. The word already told us that the experiences of a man is determinant on where he sets his heart- the condition of his heart:
“Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh… Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. For he shall… not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭5‬-‭8‬
The man whose heart is not departed from the Lord, only sees good and it should be no surprise, if your heart is fixed on the Lord and in his word, you would remain unshakable irrespective of the challenge. Matthew 7:24-27.
This means there is no promise of a merry heart and a continual feast outside your dependency and insistence on God’s word.
