“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus said a city set on an hill cannot be hid, and because we are children of light, and therefore light:
“Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day…” ‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭5‬
And God always sets light on a visible spot for all to see:
“No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house.” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭15‬ ‭HCSB‬‬
It means firstly, by reason of our being born again, God doesn’t plan to hide us, and just as light gives guidance, clarity and direction, he expects all men to be receive guidance, clarity and direction from us. Agree and submit to God. Don’t hide yourself at the corner of the mountain top, decide to shine so bright:
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬
