“Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.”
John‬ ‭12‬:‭27‬

Jesus had two observable response to his soul being troubled; a resolve to win and glorify God as seen in the main verse, and a response of prayer, not for God to save him from the hour as he already shown but to be strengthened as we see here:
“Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye hear, and watch with me.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26‬:‭38‬
“And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly…” Luke‬ ‭22‬:‭43‬-‭44‬
The Bible says:
“He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭14‬:‭4‬ ‭
So knowing God’s word and putting his word at the fore is so important, augment that by praying in the Holy Ghost, strengthening yourself and building up your most holy faith: Jude 1:20
