The Bible tells us that Jesus is full of grace and truth (John 1:14) and this is clearly seen in his interaction with those people would call the worst of the worst, when he met Paul, he introduced himself and simply told him what he had to do— no guilt shaming:
“…I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose…” Acts 26:15-16
When he appeared to Peter after his resurrection, he didn’t recount how he felt when Peter denied him coupling it with how he remembered Peter’s stubborn insistence that he wouldn’t, he just gave him a job to do:
“…Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these?.. Feed my lambs.” John 21:15
When he met the woman at the well, she obviously felt no shame talking with him even if he knew all about her sordid past, instead she took it upon herself to bring others to him: John 4:28-30.
See how he believed in what they could be, he believes in what you could be! Forget the past, that’s why it’s passed. Work for and with Jesus and bring your world to hear and believe in him!
