“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,”  
Ephesians 3:20

He has the ability to do abundantly above all that you ask or think in exceeding measure. In simple terms- God has the ability to blow your mind! Overflow, doesn’t even cut it.
In the main verse he says something striking, he can blow your mind according to the power that is at work in you; the word power is ‘dunamis’ which means ‘miracle working ability’, so God has the ability to do… according to the ability in you!
Remember the word of God says:
“For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.”  1 Corinthians 2:11
It is the same Spirit that dwells in you, and is one with you:
“…And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.”  1 John 3:24
So what God ‘can make happen’ is based on what you ‘have made happen’; when you are ready, he is ready! In other words, where your limitation stops, the limitation of God’s ability to do anything in your life stops. In simple terms, when you are ready for an enormous overwhelming change, and you generate power by speaking in tongues, that change, by God, would have to happen, and the power of the Holy Ghost would cause it to work exceeding, abundantly and above your expectations!
