“Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:”  
Colossians 1:13

When there are talks of evil witches or demons terrorizing people; you have no business with that conversation!
He says you would not be found in that location where powers of darkness have the preeminence. When you got born again, you were born in him- the one who is light, and you exist to function in his kingdom!
Your location is different and not just that:
“And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus…Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:”  Ephesians 2:6, 1:21
You have authority over all of those powers!
This means no effect of wickedness should affect you in any way; no sickness, lack or loss, you have been moved from that location where such things can affect you! According to the word of God, you are and will always be excellent, and so he sends you:
“Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.”  John 20:21
To go and subdue and reign over those evil forces that torment the lives of those who do not know as much as you do, to work with the Holy Spirit and usher them into life; where death has no power!
“…He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”  John 5:24
