He tells us:
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭11‬:‭3‬
What is seen was made of things which could not be seen- that is the word of God, this means anybody who has the word of God can influence what they see, and you not only have God’s word, you were born of the word:
“being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭1‬:‭23‬
So God is not bothered when circumstances around you aren’t shaping up to be what you want, he expects you to use his word and subdue rebellious circumstances and win!
