“So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.”
Romans 1:15
Look at the Apostle’s description of the gospel; he calls it the power of God unto salvation:
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16
The only way God can save a man is through the gospel; it isn’t through some intellectual mental re-engineering or by dressing him up with some white looking robe, the only way he can save a man is to give him the gospel:
“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
Preaching the gospel should never be a chore, you have the ability to change a man’s state with what you say, if they believe you they would be saved, if they don’t believe, they would be damned- really, there are no options.
If they don’t hear, they can’t believe. There is power in your mouth; be ready always, to dispense it.
