“…and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”  Mark 16:18

The certainty of recovery when you place your hands on the sick is emphasized without question in the main verse.
There is something about you:
“For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.”  Ephesians 5:30
He moves from being member of his body- which you could say is the church, being the body of Christ, to member of his flesh- he becomes more intent in his message of your uniquely being joined to him, then he crescendos and says we are members of his bones! So what’s left? His Spirit, his name and his mind, but see what he says here:
“But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.”  1Corinthians 6:17
One with his Spirit.
“…And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”  2Timothy 2:19
Named with his name.
“For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.”  1Corinthians 2:16
Possessors of his mind; we have been called into fellowship with him; meaning the potentials of our mental capacity and intelligence is exactly the same with divinity. He doesn’t stop there:
“…heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ;…”  Romans 8:17
We have the same inheritance in exactly the same quality, quantity and administration- the Father himself!
So look at your hands again; they heal the sick, they chase out screaming devils. There is something about you!
