“And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.”
Mark 5:39

When you respond in righteousness, do so boldly and have no fear, the one who said you should can do anything and he said he will never leave you nor forsake you:
“…for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.” Hebrews 13:5-6
It means it can never get so bad that he will abandon you, he lives in you now and he’s greater than all:
“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4
So what if you responded in righteousness and the direct opposite happened? You’re in good company, look at Jesus:
“When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby… Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.” John 11:4,14
It happened to Jesus, but he knew when he spoke, the one who could do all things heard him and was with him:
“…And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.” John 11:41
And sure enough, he got what he said. Learn to stand steadfastly in righteousness, God’s desire is your health, prosperity, joy and progress, don’t shift from that position and give room to satan, steadfastly respond in accordance to his desires for you.
