“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭15‬

When God tells you to do something, even if you couldn’t do so before, you are granted the ability to.
“Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.” ‭‭John‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬-‭9‬
He says give praise continually- non stop! Talk about the greatness of his name continually- non stop! And when you do be conscious that every word uttered in praise is substance in the eyes of God, you are offering fruits that come from your lips to him!
In fact, God expecting you to be continually filled with the Spirit, tells you to give thanks always, to give thanks continually because you can:
“…but be filled with the Spirit; giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭18‬, ‭20‬
