“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭15‬

He tells us praise can be a sacrifice, meaning that there are times you might have many reasons not to praise God, but irrespective of how you feel, he expects you to go ahead and offer that sacrifice; sacrifice your feelings not to, and praise him anyway!
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” ‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭18‬
He says ‘in everything’! In the midst of the challenge and in the midst of the testimony- never stop praising!
