“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.” John‬ ‭4‬:‭34

Ensure you are where God wants you to be doing what he has called you to do and not comparing yourself with others- that is very unwise:
“For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭12‬
Also, ensure, that you are not doing what you assume God would be okay with or what you think he likes, but actually doing what he has asked you to do. Building a temple for God was very admirable and wonderful- it was a good desire King David had but God didn’t want him to do it- if he had gone ahead, he would have been walking in disobedience and would have wrought no rewards from God.
