The Bible says:
“Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh And intermeddleth with all wisdom.”‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭18‬:‭1‬
There is such a time when you must separate yourself to fellowship with wisdom, to fellowship with the word of God because of your desire to walk in his righteousness and pleasure, the Bible shows that is the expected action of a wise man, but fools never create times for such reflections:
“A fool hath no delight in understanding, But that his heart may discover itself.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭18‬:‭2‬
Jesus in his prayer to God said:
“And for their sakes I sanctify myself…” John‬ ‭17‬:‭19‬
He lived the sanctified life, a life that was wholly an expression of God’s word for a purpose:
“…that they also might be sanctified through the truth.” John‬ ‭17‬:‭19‬ ‭
He wanted you to live a sanctified life also, and so do God’s word:
“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves…” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭13‬:‭5‬
Sincerely plan for the new year, get ready to receive the word during the crossover service and make adjustments and improve your life!
