“While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
2 Corinthians 4:18

The Bible gives a list of some things that might not be seen but are very real:
“…visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers…” Colossians 1:16
But when it comes to framing our lives, he said the only thing that has that fervent ability is the unseen word of God:
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” Hebrews 11:3
So no matter how compelling, diabolical or concerning or seemingly powerful some invisible forces might seem, never fret! For you, only God’s word is sure enough to influence your life at any given point in time, as long as you are conscious and walk accordingly.
What is framing your world, what is deciding your experience in life? Things you see? The Bible tells us how God expects you to live your life- by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7) and faith comes by hearing the word (Romans 10:7) and so esteem God’s word above anything you perceive with your five senses. God’s word is eternal.
