In running the race that is set before us, the Word of God instructs us to lay aside everything that has the tendency to slow us down; we are instructed to lay aside every weight and the sin of unbelief that hinders progress, our expectation of how God will do the things we desire can be a limitation, God is not obligated to do it in a certain way, He can do anything and He can do it anyhow, we must stand fast in faith refusing to allow unbelief to deprive us of God’s blessings.
