The different dispensations and events were framed by the word of God, only items that can be affected by external factors are framed for safe keeping, and if God framed the worlds (ages), it means the ages and events therein can be affected by external factors and he framed them to ensure no matter the sudden changes, his plans and purposes would come to fruition. In same light, knowing that our life events & plans can be altered by external factors, we can have our lives framed; secured from the influence of external factors.
