For any change to happen, God gives an instruction to the individual concerned and the most general instruction is to see the change, it is for this reason that God communicates as though the change has happened already because in such communication, the individual is not only able to see the change that has truly happened in the realm of the spirit, but to also ensure it becomes his reality.
