“Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.”
2 Timothy 1:13

You know Jesus said, be careful what you hear and how you hear:
“And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear…” Mark 4:24
“Take heed therefore how ye hear…” Luke 8:18
This is repeated by Apostle Paul in the main verse, he said “hold fast the form of sound words (what you hear)… in faith and love (how you hear)”.
It matters what you hear, so the word emphasizes that in the midst of various voices, opinions and words in the world, incline your ears to his sayings and keep them in front of your eyes and in the midst of your heart.
“My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.” Proverbs 4:20-21
Every voice is significant- would effect some form of change in you. Your emphasis on the word of God is emphasizing health for your body:
“For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” Proverbs 4:22
It matters what you hear- upgrade your quality of life, and in the midst of all- focus and prioritize the word: solely.
