“If you will turn and pay attention to my rebuke, Behold, I [Wisdom] will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.”

If you are born again, the Holy Spirit that would reveal God’s word to you (1 Corinthians 2:12) abides in you today and forever, and the Bible tells us he knows the things of God fully:
“But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭2‬:‭10‬
and the father is more than willing to reveal himself to us because we are his heirs after all:
“and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ…” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭17‬
Be conscious of this truth even as you pray in the Spirit:
“For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth…” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭14‬:‭14‬
If God is going to talk to you, he’d talk to your spirit and not your body, because your body is just your tabernacle (2 Corinthians 5:1, 2 Peter 1:14 )and so meditating on the word as you pray in the spirit, and pray with your spirit, you can easily receive revelation from God’s word.
