“If you will turn and pay attention to my rebuke, Behold, I [Wisdom] will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭1‬:‭23‬ ‭Amplified Bible

In the main verse he tells us that the word of God is made known to us by his Spirit, and all that is needed for that to open is that we pay attention to him.
Revelation is granted by the Father not by what you perceive with your five senses, revelation is different from observation, it is like what Jesus remarked:
“…Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭16‬:‭17‬
If you come to the word of God, with full attention, you would leave with even more knowledge of the word of God:
“And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.” Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭24‬
Pay attention to God.
