“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”  
1John 1:7

Fellowship with God! What a thought! To think this is possible, this is what has been made available for us in Christ.
We can fellowship with God. There are people who assume God is so far and so mysterious and so unwelcoming that we can only try to please him, but he made clear his nature as love himself, when he came and lived like a man- experience the weather like men do, tempted like men were and are, travelled, slept and ate like men did and do- making it clear, his deep love for humanity and his desire to fellowship with them.
When you become born again, in reality, you’ve received a new life, God’s own life:
“And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.”  1John 5:11
You are in real terms the child of God. Look around, think of the vastness of the universe, the person who made all of that is your relative; he is your father! This means all eyes are on you; all things are working for you:
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God…”  Romans 8:28
But greater than that is his desire to commune with you in perfect oneness and you begin to walk in that reality, as you spend more time with him; more time with the word of God.
God’s desire is to fellowship with you, he is always available for that and all it takes is for you to close your eyes or open your bible, would you give him your time today?
