“But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭13‬:‭14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

He says put on the Lord Jesus Christ, that means sink yourself in him, let him become your expression, and then make no provision for the flesh to fulfill its desires, what that means is don’t get yourself in situations and circumstances that would cause you to do things contrary to the word, it is important how you conduct yourself- your conduct must be the exact representation of the one you have sunk into:
He already told us the works of darkness
“Let us conduct ourselves properly and honorably as in the [light of] day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and irresponsibility, not in quarreling and jealousy.” Romans‬ ‭13‬:‭13‬ ‭Amplified Bible
This means any circumstance, event or individual that has any tendency to foster such acts of darkness should be avoided by you.
