“Then spake the Lord… Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace: For I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.” Acts 18:9-10
When you go out on your mission to win souls and produce fruits as the tree of righteousness that you are, remember two things; those that are yet to be born again are waiting for you and there would always be people who would listen to your message and respond. Here are some indisputable examples:
Philip-
“Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake…” Acts 8:5-6
Men of Cyprus and Cyrene-
“And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, which, when they were come to Antioch, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the Lord Jesus. And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.” Acts 11:20-21
Paul and Barnabas in a new city-
“And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.” Acts 14:1
Paul amongst the curious and the intellectuals-
“And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, is? And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter. Howbeit certain men clave unto him, and believed: among the which was Dionysius the Areopagite, and a woman named Damaris, and others with them.” Acts 17:19,32,34
