“For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.”  
Romans 8:19

You have to be conscious of the fact that many people are just waiting to be introduced to Jesus and they will love him forever!
Before you demonstrate restraint in reaching unbelievers, be conscious that they are expecting you, they want to be righteous also!
“And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.”  Luke 19:48
They were eager to hear him; he lives in you today- they are eager to hear him talk to them through you!
Don’t be frightened by their stares or their seeming nonchalant demeanor; when they believe, they would tell the gospel to others with joy!
“And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple, for to hear him.”  Luke 21:38
See the passion of these people; the time of the day meant nothing to them, they just wanted to hear Jesus.
“In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another…”  Luke 12:1
The stress and heat meant nothing to them, they just wanted to hear Jesus.
People have not changed, their desires are the still the same and the word of God assures us that they are not just expecting to hear the word of God from us, but earnestly expecting! Go ahead and tell them.
