“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
Romans 12:2

The pressure to conform is a signal that your transformation is due, and from the main verse, it becomes clear that no matter the pressure to conform, there is a way out.
A block of ice, in its solid state, might not be able to escape the grasp of a hungry baby by sliding down a narrow pipe, but if it changes state and becomes liquid or gaseous, it will leave that environment via the pipe easily.
In your present state, you might be engulfed with all the pressures to conform to the world- to engage in dubious actions, and sincerely, you might not see any other option, but God says don’t transform, it is a change of state you require, when you transform, coming out of that situation in righteousness would be easy.
Shun the voices of conformation, and give yourself to God’s word, there is wisdom for you in the word of God concerning the situation. As you give yourself to the word of God, you would be changed, you will increase in glory and you would suddenly realize that there is a way out:
“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 3:18
Take the trial as a signal that you have remained with a particular set of knowledge for too long, and it’s time you transform; if you had transformed, that event would not have seemed as a trial.
