“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
Romans 12:2

He says we can prove God’s will in every situation, just like we are certain that his will is that all men be saved:
“Who will have all men to be saved…” 1 Timothy 2:4
And this is why he sent Jesus: John 3:16.
And so just as we can be sure of his will concerning the sinner, he says when we renew our minds with his word, we can be sure of his will concerning any situation, just as Jesus was:
“As soon then as he had said unto them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground… Jesus answered, I have told you that I am he: if therefore ye seek me, let these go their way:” John 18:6, 8
He knew what time it was: Luke 22:53
And so even if he had the opportunities to escape, he stood doing the word:
“Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.” John 10:17
You can be certain about his will concerning your future, your spirit, soul and body:
“And the very God of peace sanctify you WHOLLY; and I pray God your WHOLE spirit and soul and body be PRESERVED BLAMELESS unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thessalonians 5:23
It happens when you plan your time around the study of the word.
