“The people which sat in darkness Saw great light; And to them which sat in the region and shadow of death Light is sprung up.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭4‬:‭16‬

It’s amazing that Jesus was the fulfillment of that scripture (“that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet…” Matthew‬ ‭4‬:‭14‬) just like he said he came to do:
“Then said I, Lo, I come (In the volume of the book it is written of me,) To do thy will, O God.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭7‬
We are also children of the word, and Jesus already said what he expected of us:
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” ‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭12‬
Just like he fulfilled what was written of him, the word has bestowed on us the same grace to fulfill what has been written of us.
Realize that your steps are already ordered in the word, there is no confusion or misplacement, just simply accept what God has said and do accordingly.
