“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil
the lust of the flesh.”
Galatians 5:6

Walking in the “flesh” means walking, living your life
based on your five senses- what you see, smell, hear,
taste or feel. It means choosing to be limited by the
information gotten through your five senses and insisting on such information irrespective of what the
word of God has said.
In the word, he shows us that it is possible to live life
beyond the five senses:
“WHILE WE LOOK not at the things which are seen, but
AT THE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT SEEN:…” 2Corinthians
4:18
And to choose to ignore the information gotten via
those senses if against the word of God.
“And being not weak in faith, he CONSIDERED NOT his
own body now dead,…NEITHER yet the deadness of
Sara’s womb:” Romans 4:19
We see that for us, children of the living God, he leaves
no room for doubt in our minds as to which side we
should be found on, he says “…ye shall not fulfill the
lust of the flesh”.
Based on what you are seeing or the news you are hearing, there is a way you might want to act, but such an
action based on the flesh is antithetical to the word of
God. God says walk in the spirit!
