“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.”
Galatians 5:6

The Bible says:
“For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.” Galatians 5:17
He says the spirit is always contrary to the flesh, and the flesh is always contrary to the spirit, this means before you react to the information gotten by your five senses, hold on! Your spirit has another option!
The best part is that option would be against what your flesh would have suggested, this means that if you had calculated in your mind, after hearing that terrible news, that your ruin is near, in your spirit, there is an-other information from the word of God and because there is another information, he wants you to respond in another way contrary to what your five senses is suggesting.
Maybe you receive an information that has gotten you concerned and worried, the Bible says:
“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” 1Peter 5:7
This means against the instructions of your five senses to be really concerned, God says cast all that care upon him- he is big enough to handle it!
