Today’s Devotional
Labour, make every effort to ensure you are at rest! That is your responsibility; cast those cares on him, he won’t forcefully take it from you-he’s not a thief! YOU have to give it to him-that is your responsibility.
The choice is yours to make, taking upon yourself the responsibility of being worried, or the responsibility of casting those worries on Jesus!
Choose the latter. Listen to him:
"And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit? If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?" Luke 12:25-26
How true! On the contrary, people even become more frail: if things get worse because of turbulence, why not quickly move to the side of rest and let nobody or voice of doubt hold you back!
"Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all." 2 Thessalonians 3:16
