“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”

Today’s Devotional
He tells us that if two Christians agree on earth as touching ANYTHING they shall ask, they’ll get it. He is as definite as saying, if you add one orange to two pieces, you would get three.
He is showing us the certainty of answers in the prayer of agreement. Instead of praying alone, get someone else to agree with you on the matter— no matter what it is, you’d get it.
Notice, there aren’t any conditions here.
The legal agreement of both parties overrides other conditions. This is why it’s so important to keep good associations, people who would pray with you in agreement as an immediate response irrespective of the situation, like these guys did:
“And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them. And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord…” Acts 4:23-24
And get the kind of answer they got:
“And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.” Acts 4:31
