Today’s Devotional
The only glass God told you to look at was the mirror of his word not your room window to compare yourself with your neighbors or your phone screen to compare yourself with others on social media: 2 Corinthians 3:18, James 1:23.
Jesus said:
“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” John 8:12
Follow him, ideally he should be your first and only follow in life way above anybody you “follow” on social media; it is his life you should learn about and compare yourself to because he gave you his life so you can actually live his life and walk as he walked: John 5:26, 1 John 5:11, 1 John 2:6, Ephesians 5:1.
You don’t know the destiny of others, but you know your destiny is to be brought up the image of Jesus and so follow and focus only on him.
