Read this:
Matthew 28:11-15
Paid to lie concerning a vision and deny that the greatest miracle on earth ever happened, and they gladly complied! These were Roman soldiers that didn’t answer to the Jews, yet they were influenced by money and told a different story— how many people would have believed them after considering the circumstances and concluding that they could not have been lying?
It goes to show that there are circumstances where people could swear they knew the full and complete story, yet all they had were lies or propaganda- only the word is truth!
You have to believe this.
Only God’s word knows you well enough and people well enough and have been functioning in the world that he made long enough to tell you the whole story! When he says “don’t worry!”; it’s not some measly motivation. It is a well considered and valid instruction that holds given the circumstance!
“Never worry about anything. Instead, in every situation let your petitions be made known to God through prayers and requests, with thanksgiving.” Philippians 4:6, ISV
